HB’s on the Gulf Restaurant at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club Debuts New Lunch, Dinner and Dessert Menus

NAPLES, FL (November 2018) – HB’s on the Gulf, the beachfront restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new lunch, dinner and dessert menus, which begin November 28, 2018. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the white-sand beach and shimmering water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team.

The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as:  Charred Octopus; PEI Mussels; and Lamb Lollipops. New dinner large plate options include Shrimp and Pancetta Risotto; Sea Bass with Butternut Squash Puree; Bone in Short Ribs; and Cioppino (Fisherman’s Seafood Stew accompanied by Crostinis). The new dinner menu also features new twists on several dishes, including Blue Crab and Avocado Salad; Gulf Black Grouper; Heritage Berkshire Pork Rib Eye; Filet of Beef; Smoked Joyce Farms Chicken; and Scallops with Smoked Corn Puree, Charred Jalapeno Polenta and Huitlacoche. Salads on the new dinner menu include such new options as Jamon Iberico, and Fava Bean and Spinach Salad.

HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate and salad options that are on the new dinner menu, such as PEI Mussels; Jamon Iberico salad; Charred Octopus; and Lamb Lollipops. New options on the lunch menu include Black and Blue Steak Salad; Crab and Poblano Bisque; Smoked Chicken Salad Sandwich; Wagyu Burger; Tuna Poke Lettuce Wraps; and Chicken Gnocchi. HB’s popular Pineapple Boat Salad, Grouper Sandwich, and Sirloin Burger remain from the previous menu.

In addition, the restaurant is offering a new dessert menu, which includes such tasty options as Classic Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee; Tiramisu; Chocolate Tasting; and Apple Cobbler. HB’s very popular Key Lime Pie remains on the menu.

Vegan and vegetarian menus also are available upon request.

In addition to its new cuisine options, HB’s offers an impressive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a number of high quality small production wines.

On the new lunch menu, salads start at $15; small plates start at $18; and large plates start at $16.
