Our Florida Beach Hotel’s Unique Orchid House.

What do “Chocolate,” “Tiger” and “Dancing Ladies” all have in common? They are three of the primary varieties of Orchid grown onsite at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club.  Orchids are one of the largest families of plants in the world and can come in a rainbow of colors.  It is also estimated that 200-300 new types of orchids are discovered annually.

Our Orchid Program began in 1991 with just six plants. Now the collection numbers more than 3,000 and requires the care of a full-time horticulturist and the controlled environment of a large Orchid House.

Visitors and guests have marveled at our orchids displayed throughout our Florida beach resort, and blooming sprigs are cut and presented in bud vases in our Naples restaurants.

Individual Tours: We offer a complimentary tour of the Orchid House every Tuesday at 10:00 am.  (Maximum 12 persons)

Group Tours: For local groups and clubs we will provide private tours on Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays with a minimum of 5 days advance notice and the group purchases lunch in HB's on the Gulf restaurant up to 12 people.  For groups of 13 or more, a catered banquet will be required.
