A combination of our Therapeutic Massage with a custom blend of our aromatherapeutic oils to enhance the personalized results of this massage.

Neuro-Muscular Therapy:

Using firm to deep pressure combined with "trigger-point" techniques for the release of knots of tension and spasms deep in the muscles. This massage is helpful for individuals with neck, shoulder, back and hip discomfort and range of motion problems.

Medley Massage:

Swedish Techniques for relaxation combined with deep pressure to relieve tight muscle groups. This massage is customized to meet your individual needs.

Classic Massage

Beach Stone Therapy:

This treatment combines the warmth and energy of smooth heated stones with classic Swedish massage techniques. The result is one of the most relaxing and healing treatments available. You may include aromatherapeutic oils for added benefit.

Reiki:

An ancient technique of “laying on of hands” healing. Through light holdings, the practitioner channels the universe’s healing energy to balance the body, mind and spirit.

Aroma Reflexology:

Reflexologists believe that massaging the feet can actually change the physiology of the rest of the body. This foot massage is combined with your choice of aromatherapeutic blends to enhance the effects.

Pregnancy Massage:

Special body cushions serve as a cradle. Leg cramps, swelling and backaches will be reduced and circulation improved with this very safe massage for the baby and expectant mother.

Shiatsu:

This ancient oriental massage uses deep pressure to stimulate the acupressure points encouraging and balancing the flow of vital energy, or Chi, through the body’s meridians for deep relaxation and health.
