Our Clean Beach Guarantee ensures that guests of The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club will receive a 100% refund* if our beach is impacted by the Gulf oil spill during their vacation.

*If our beach is directly impacted by the Gulf of Mexico oil spill during your vacation, you are eligible to receive a complete refund on room and taxes. Impact occurs when oil and tar from the spill in the northern Gulf of Mexico require a state or federal agency to actively clean the resort beach; or when a state or federal agency closes the resort beach due to public safety concerns related to the oil spill in the Gulf. Our Clean Beach guarantee does not apply to groups.
