NAPLES, FL (April 2014) – The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club will again host its popular and elegant Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20, 2014. A tradition for many in Southwest Florida, the elaborate brunch will be held in the resort’s River of Grass Ballroom from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Diners will have an impressive variety of culinary options on the large buffet displays from which to choose. According to General Manager Jason Parsons, entrées will include Carved Prime Rib with Thyme Jus; Carved Bone-In Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Jus, Dijon Mustard, and Mint Jelly; Poached Atlantic Salmon with Cucumber Yogurt Sauce; Grilled Chicken Topped with Dried Fruit Compote; and Virginia Sugar Cured Ham with Rum Raisin Demi Glaze.
Appetizers will include Chilled Shrimp and Cocktail Crab Claws; a Smoked Fish Presentation with Salmon, Mahi Mahi, and Trout; Imported and Domestic Cheeses; Fresh Fruit; Cheese Tortellini Antipasto Salad; Grilled Asparagus and French Green Beans with Marinated Kumquat; and a Salad Bar. Side dishes will include Basmati Rice with Lentil; Spring Vegetable Medley; and Allouette Cheese Whipped Potatoes. In addition, many breakfast items will be available including Omelets Cooked to Order, Eggs Benedict, Cheese Blintzes with Fruit Sauce, French Toast with Powdered Sugar, Carrot Raisin Bread, Braided Easter Egg Bread, and Blueberry Pancakes.
Among the many dessert offerings will be Crepes Made to Order, with such optional inclusions as Strawberries, Pineapples, Bananas, Blueberries, Orange Marmalade, Brown Sugar, Whipped Cream, Grand Marnier, Dark Rum, and Port Wine. Additional desserts will include Chocolate Coconut Cake, Key Lime Tarts, Pineapple Cashew Cake, Cinnamon Honey Lavender Crème Brulée, Citrus Cake, Warm Mixed Berries Crisp, Coconut Custard Cake, and Malted Milk Chocolate Mousse Cake.
A special Children’s Buffet will feature Chicken Tenders, Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, Macaroni & Cheese, and Mini Pigs in the Blanket.
The price for the brunch is $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity), which includes complimentary champagne and all non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary valet parking.
