NAPLES, FL (July 2017) -- The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club has received another prestigious honor, as it has been named a winner of Incentive magazine’s celebrated “Platinum Partners Award” for 2017. Considered one of the most prominent awards in the meetings and incentive industry, and celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, the award recognizes the best of the best travel suppliers, merchandise and gift cards that serve the incentive/recognition industry. The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club was one of only 14 winners in the “Domestic (U.S.) Hotels/Resorts” category, and one of only four hotels in the Eastern U.S. to receive the honor.
The award will be presented to Jason Parsons, general manager of the 319-room, AAA Four-Diamond resort, which is Southwest Florida’s only resort directly on the beach with an on-site championship golf course, a world-class spa, and an award-winning tennis center. Winners of the award were determined by online votes by the magazine’s readers, which consists of executives and corporate decision-makers in a variety of industries who buy, recommend and specify the use of incentive travel and merchandise in their sales and marketing programs. Selections were made based on the places and products that helped the executives most in motivating their employees and customers over the past year. Winners were selected based on the following criteria: motivational appeal of the destination or property, quality and professionalism of the service, and degree of creativity and promotional support.
