NAPLES, FL (November 2014) – HB’s on the Gulf, the Gulf-front restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new lunch and dinner menus. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with gorgeous views of the Gulf as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the beach and water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team.
The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as: Stone Crab Claws; Pork Rillettes; Smoked Conch Cakes; Roasted Blue Point Oysters; Lamb Shank Fritters; Tarragon Seared Scallops; and Escargot. New large plate options for dinner include: Florida Gulf Snapper; Roasted Quail and Pheasant Sausage; Lobster Salad; Seared Peppercorn Filet Mignon; Whole Hog Fish served with Ginger Garlic Rice; Lamb Shank Pappardelle; and Lobster Tail and Petit Filet. Popular items from the previous menu, such as the Seared Black Grouper, Grilled Ribeye, Grilled Caesar Salad, and the Chopped Roasted Beet Salad, remain on the dinner menu.
HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate options that are on the new dinner menu, as well as such new large plate options as: Ahi Tuna Tartar; Conch Hush Puppies; Crab Cake Sliders; Grilled Shrimp Skewers; Beer Batter Tile Fish; Lobster Club; and Smoked Chicken Salad. HB’s popular Jamaican Pineapple Boat Salad, Blackened Grouper Tacos, and Grilled Sirloin Burger, remain from the previous menu.
New dessert options include Mango Sorbet, Vanilla Bean Crème Brulèe, Chocolate Frangelico Flourless Cake, Warm Bourbon Pecan Pie, and Granny Smith Apple Gorgonzola Cheese Cake. The restaurant’s popular Key Lime Pie, a South Florida favorite, remains on the menu.
In addition to its new cuisine options, HB’s offers an impressive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a number of high quality small production wines.
HB’s on the Gulf is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and nightly from 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. weeknights and 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
