NAPLES, FL (April 2013) – The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club will host its popular Mother’s Day Brunch in the River of Grass Ballroom from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, 2013.
Diners will have an array of culinary options on the large buffet displays from which to choose. According to Director of Catering and Conference Services Susan Savino, entrées will include Bronzed Grouper with Orange and Tropical Fruit Salsa, Grilled Chicken Breast with Sun-dried Tomatoes Cream Sauce, Penne Pasta with Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Grilled Asparagus, Pork Steamship with Juniper Berry Demi Glaze, and Carved Roasted Prime Rib of Beef with Rosemary Jus.
Additional selections will include Chilled Shrimp; a Smoked Fish Presentation with Salmon, Trout and Mahi Mahi; a Salad Bar; Breakfast Pastries and Specialty Breads; Omelets cooked to order; Eggs Benedict; Cheese Blintzes with Melba Sauce; and an assortment of side dishes. Among the many dessert offerings will be made-to-order Crepes, Margarita Pie, White Chocolate Cherry Cake, Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Chocolate Strawberry Cake, Crème Brulee, and Apple Almond Tart.
A special Children’s Buffet, with such offerings as Chicken Tenders, Macaroni & Cheese, and Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, also will be available.
The price for the brunch is $58 per person (plus tax and gratuity), which includes complimentary champagne and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as complimentary valet parking.
