The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club In Southwest Florida Offering New “Design Your Deal” Group Promotion

NAPLES, FL (April 2013) – Considering conducting a meeting or program in the Southeast? Then you should check out the new “Design Your Deal” group promotion that is being offered by The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club in Southwest Florida. Available to new bookings for programs between June 1st and December 24th of any year, the promotion provides your choice of appealing perks for booking a minimum of 20 rooms on peak nights (with a minimum of two peak nights). To take advantage of the promotion, the contract must be signed by July 31, 2013. The 317-room beachfront resort, which has spent more than $45 million in impressive renovations and enhancements over the last five years, features 34,000 square feet of meeting space plus many beautiful outdoor venues. The 125-acre resort is Southwest Florida’s only beachfront resort with an on-site championship golf course, world-class spa, and award-winning tennis center.

The resort completed its latest phase of renovations in January 2013, which included the opening of a new Gulf-view ballroom named The Everglades Room, the complete renovation of the remaining guest rooms in the resort’s Florida Wing, and the complete renovation of the resort’s Gulf-side meeting rooms and pre-function space. This $5 million latest phase of improvements follows $40 million spent by the resort over the last five years. That multi-phase project included the renovation and remodeling of the other guest rooms and suites, the renovation and expansion of The Sunset Beach Bar & Grill, and the addition (in 2010) of a beautiful new beachfront pool complex (with two new pools).

The “Design Your Deal” promotion provides the choice of up to two perks for groups from 40-100 room nights; up to four perks for groups of 101-200 room nights; and up to six perks for groups of 201+ room nights. Perk choices for groups from 40-200 room nights include:
• One complimentary standard guest room, per 30 actualized
• One upgrade to a one-bedroom suite for program peak nights
• Two upgrades to Gulf of Mexico view rooms at the group rate for program dates
• Two staff rooms at 50% off group rate for program dates
• One complimentary VIP round-trip airport transfer
• Complimentary welcome beverage and welcome refreshment
• Complimentary Internet in guest room & general session room
• 10% off AVI audio/visual services (minimum applies, excludes labor)
• Spa service discount booklets for group
• 20% attrition
• 10% discount on current banquet menus
• One complimentary coffee break
• Group rate available 3 days pre- & post-event dates.

Groups of 201+ rooms can choose up to four perks from that list, as well as an additional two perks from the following list:
• A complimentary one-hour reception
• 5% credit to the master account on sleeping rooms
• Two VIP complimentary round-trip airport transfers
• Four staff rooms at 50% off group rate for program dates
• One complimentary suite for VIP over program peak nights
• 15% discount on current banquet menus
• 15% discount off AVI audio/visual services (minimum applies, excludes labor)
• 25% attrition (Cannot be used in conjunction with 20% above)
• Two complimentary coffee breaks.

The complimentary reception will include a combination of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, to be calculated based on actualized peak room block at the time of the reservation cut-off date, as well as house brand cocktails or house brand beer/wine. The complimentary coffee break will be calculated based on actualized peak room block at reservation cut off. The group may elect to upgrade or add to the selections and/or may extend the reception or coffee break for an additional charge. The complimentary guest room Internet is restricted to attendees who book inside the group block. The 5% credit (from sleeping rooms only) will be based on master account charges, and the credit will be posted against the final bill only. Perks must be selected at the time of contracting, and have no additional value if not utilized or selected at the time of contract. The promotion is based on availability, and a food/beverage minimum and attrition clause is required. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply.

In addition to those perks, the resort always provides to its groups and guests no resort fees, free parking, and free fitness center admission.
