A Michigan State University graduate with extensive experience in resorts and hotel sales. David began his career as a sales manager with Marriott International domestically opening and converting several of their hotels. Other experience includes Wyndham International and Carlson Hotels where he worked in many regions of the Caribbean. David joined Naples Beach Hotel in 1998 as a National Sales Manager and was promoted to Assistant Director of Sales and now currently Director of Group Sales. David’s areas of responsibility include networking new business opportunities in all markets while actively leading this talented sales team. |

Responsible for the northeast region, Lu has earned numerous sales awards throughout her career and enjoys employing creative ideas help her clients achieve their meeting objectives. |

Originally from Ohio, Jennifer has been at the resort since 1981, working many years in the Food and Beverage Department and Catering. She now uses her Marketing Degree in the Sales Department to assist in E-Marketing, reporting and analysis, watching over the business center, office operations and the hotel's Delphi system.

Virgin Islands before becoming a Conference Services Manager for the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort on St. Thomas and the Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. |

A Minnesota native, Lisa is a happy transplant to the Florida sunshine and warmth. She previously worked at her state's premier luxury resort, Madden's on Gull Lake, a member of National Trust Historic Hotels of America.
Lisa’s 20-year hospitality career has spanned positions from the front desk to sales support, eventually leading her to management positions as Reservation Manager, Group Rooms Coordinator and Conference Planning Manager. Lisa is proud to bring her "Minnesota nice" brand of hospitality to the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. |

Carrie is a Pennsylvania native who found her way to the Paradise Coast. She got her start in the hospitality business while still in high school, working for the Ambridge, PA, Country Club. After graduating from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA, with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management, Carrie honed her skills working for Marriott and Hilton. Carrie works tirelessly to ensure that her clients' events run smoothly. |
