NAPLES, FL (May 2017) – HB’s on the Gulf, the Gulf-front restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new lunch and dinner summer menus. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the white-sand beach and shimmering water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team.

The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as:  Seared Scallops with Jerk Sauce, Blue Crab Dip, Beef Tartare, and Shrimp Cocktail. New salad options include Strawberry Salad, Bocconcini Mozzarella, and Cucumber and Avocado Salad. New dinner large plate options include Florida Black Grouper with Colusari Red Rice, Coconut Chantilly and Mango Coulis; Sakura Pork Tenderloin Medallions; Seared Scallops with Carrot and Ginger Puree; Porcini and Black Salt Seared Filet of Beef; Florida Whole Fried Snapper; and a new twist on the Joyce Farms Free Range Chicken Breast. 

HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate options that are on the new dinner menu, as well as such new large plate options as Smoked Mahi Club, Chicken Breast Strozzapreti, Steak and Shrimp Quesadilla, Chicken Salad Sandwich, Grilled Goat Cheese, Grilled Chicken Wrap, and a new twist on the Grouper Taco. HB’s popular Pineapple Boat, and Sirloin Burger remain from the previous menu. 

New dessert options include:  Chocolate Fudge Cake, Carrot Cake, Fruit Tart, and Vanilla Bean Crème Brulée. The restaurant’s popular Key Lime Pie, a South Florida favorite, remains on the menu. 

In addition to its new cuisine options, HB’s offers an impressive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a number of high quality small production wines. 

HB’s on the Gulf is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and nightly from 5:30 – 10 p.m.  Small plates, salads and large plates on the new lunch menu each start at $15.
