NAPLES, FL (November 2015) – HB’s on the Gulf, the Gulf-front restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new lunch and dinner menus. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with magnificent views of the Gulf and sunsets as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the white-sand beach and glistening water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team.

In addition, the restaurant’s complimentary bottle of wine promotion is available through December 18, 2015. Diners receive a complimentary bottle of Kendall-Jackson wine with the purchase of two Dinner Large Plates, and a complimentary glass of Kendall-Jackson wine with the purchase of one Lunch Large Plate. You may choose from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Merlot or Pinot Noir. The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as: Shrimp Croquettes, Prime Steak Tartar, Roasted Clams, Crostini Plate, and Raw Oysters. New salad options on the dinner menu included Marinated Goat Cheese Salad, Boston Bibb Wedge Salad, and Roasted Baby Beets Salad. New dinner large plate options include Fennel Pollen Seared Scallops, Cedar Creek Clam Tagiatelle, Sea Bass, Kurobuta Berkshire Pork Rib Chops, Lobster Tail, and Whole Snapper. Popular items from the previous menu, such as the PEI Mussels, Grilled Dorado, and Frenched Free Range Chicken Breast, remain on the dinner menu.

HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate options that are on the new dinner menu, as well as such new large plate options as: Apple BLT, Grouper Sandwich, Coconut Curry Shrimp, Quiche Du Jour, Pork Belly Banh Mi, and Lobster Roll Sliders. HB’s popular Grouper Taco, Chicken Avocado Wrap, and Sirloin Cheese Burger remain from the previous menu.

New dessert options include: Crème Brulée Du Jour, Banana Soufflé Glace, Warm Pecan Pound Cake, and Chocolate Truffles. The restaurant’s popular Key Lime Pie, a South Florida favorite, remains on the menu.
