NAPLES, FL (November 2017) – HB’s on the Gulf, the Gulf-front restaurant at the AAA Four-Diamond The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, has unveiled new lunch, dinner and vegetarian winter menus. The new menus at the restaurant, which offers indoor dining with beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets as well as an outdoor patio overlooking the white-sand beach and shimmering water, were created by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team.
The new dinner menu features such new small plate offerings as: Spicy Baby Octopus, PEI Mussels, Fried Artichokes, and Veal Marrow Bones. New dinner large plate options include the unique Whole Lionfish with Pickapeppa Sauce; Lamb Shank; Filet of Beef with Shrimp; Scallops with Vierge Sauce; Florida Gulf Snapper with Korean Pepper Sauce; Gulf Black Grouper with Black Rice Risotto and Papaya Chutney; Grass Fed New York Strip Steak; and a new twist on the Joyce Farms Free Range Chicken Breast.
HB’s new lunch menu features many of the same new small plate options that are on the new dinner menu, as well as such new large plate options as Soft Shell Crab Po’ Boy; Crab Salad Sandwich; Grouper Sandwich; Kobe Burger; Short Rib Ravioli; Beef Steamed Buns; Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich; and a new twist on the Grouper Taco. New salad choices include the Blue Crab Louis; Golden Beet Salad; and Baby Kale and Pumpkin Salad. HB’s popular Pineapple Boat, Baby Kale Caesar, and Sirloin Burger remain from the previous menu.
In addition, the restaurant is offering a new vegetarian menu, which includes Hen of the Woods Black Rice Risotto, Gochujang Korean Barbeque (consisting of Barbequed Vegetables, Black Rice and Kimchi), Fried Artichokes, Pickled Vegetables, the Golden Beet Salad, and the Baby Kale and Pumpkin Salad.
In addition to its new cuisine options, HB’s offers an impressive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a number of high quality small production wines.
HB’s on the Gulf is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and nightly from 5:30 – 10 p.m. Small plates and salads on the new lunch menu each start at $14, with large plates starting at $16.
