This enticing new service enables you to dine on the beach, with elegant white-linen service, where you can literally have your toes in the soft white sand. This exclusive dining service enables you to enjoy personalized service, a five-course meal, and your choice of wine or champagne, all while enjoying a breathtaking sunset, and the sparkling waters of the Gulf by candlelight. Perfect for anniversaries, proposals, and special occasions, the dinner features exquisite cuisine prepared by HB’s on the Gulf’s Chef Justin Hornyak and his team. Diners may choose the five courses from HB’s new dinner menu, which consists of many appealing small plate and large plate options, or can work directly with the chef to create a customized meal.

Among the offerings on HB’s on the Gulf’s new dinner menu are such small plate options as: Seared Scallops; Roasted Oysters; Blue Crab Cake; and Horseradish Marinated Shrimp. Soup options include Lobster Bisque and Classic Gazpacho. Some of the salad options include Baked Camembert, Baby Kale and Mango, and Grilled Caesar. Large plate options include: Black Grouper; NY Strip & Grilled Shrimp; Grilled Pork Tenderloin; Maine Lobster Topped with Blue Crab; and Pan Roasted Frenched Chicken. Dessert options include items like: Trio Crème Brulée (Passion Fruit, Mango and Vanilla Bean); Key Lime Pie; Coconut Custard Pie; and Devil’s Own Cake (Bailey’s Irish Cream Mousse, and Chocolate Sauce).

The dinner also includes your choice of wine or champagne from a select wine list. HB’s features an extensive wine and beverage menu, with more than 150 wine selections from around the world, and a number of high quality small production wines.

HB’s on the Gulf is open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and nightly from 5:30 p.m.-10 p.m. The “Toes in the Sand” option, which is available for evening dining, starts at $360 per couple.
