LINE COOKS 

Qualifications include previous line cook experience in an upscale restaurant, able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays. AM and PM shifts available. Culinary training preferred.

HOST/HOSTESS

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays. Seasonal position.  Part-time.

SERVERS 

Applicants should have previous server experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends evenings. Seasonal full and part time seasonal positions.

SERVICE BARTENDER

Qualifications include bartending experience, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Seasonal position.

BELL VALET 

Applicants must have a valid FL driving license, be knowledgeable of Naples area and attractions, be able to stand or walk in all types of weather for extended periods of time, be able to work independently, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Seasonal position.

BANQUET SET-UP HOUSEMAN 

Experience with banquet set-up preferred, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, have good attention to detail, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and hours. Heavy lifting required.

HOUSEKEEPING HOUSEMEN

Qualifications include ability to walk, move and carry heavy items, be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends & holidays, be reliable, and have good interpersonal skills. Experience with cleaning machines preferred. Evening hours may be required.

ON-CALL BANQUET SERVERS 

Qualifications include previous food server experience (banquets preferred), excellent customer service skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

ROOM SERVICE SERVER
