RESTAURANT SOUS CHEF
Qualifications include previous Sous Chef experience, preferably from a hotel or upscale restaurant, good organizational and supervisory skills, a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends & holidays, and a passion for excellent food preparation and presentation. Culinary degree preferred.
STEWARD
Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid FL driving license, and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays. Evening and night shifts available.
BANQUET/BEVERAGE CAPTAIN
Applicants must have previous Banquet experience and Beverage knowledge, and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Bartending experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
SERVICE BARTENDER
Qualifications include bartending experience/training, a flexible schedule, good attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
PART TIME ON-CALL BANQUET SERVERS
Qualifications include previous food server experience (banquets preferred), excellent customer service skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
PART TIME BANQUET CAPTAIN
Applicants must have previous banquet experience, supervisory experience helpful, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Previous up-sale restaurant server experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
